Attention International Customers

HeadsetsEtc.com is willing to ship our products to international customers. However, it is important that you know all International orders undergo close scrutiny and must meet certain restrictions.

• All prices quoted by HeadsetsEtc.com are in US dollars.

• Customers should realize that international shipping can be very expensive. HeadsetsEtc.com prefers to ship all international shipments via FedEx or US Air Mail. These two companies produce the best rates for us.

• HeadsetsEtc.com will add a nominal handling fee in addition to the cost that is quoted to us by the carrier.

• HeadsetsEtc.com will not be responsible for import taxes, duties, or other fees charged by customs. If HeadsetsEtc.com is ever charged by the carrier for such fees the customer will be invoiced.

• By ordering from HeadsetsEtc.com and requesting international shipment you agree to these terms and agree to pay any fees related to the shipment and/or importation of the items you order.

• You also agree that if your shipment is confiscated by customs you will not hold HeadsetsEtc.com responsible.

• No orders are accepted from certain countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Also there will be no shipments to Miami Florida area freight forwarders. If you are in one of these high risk countries email info@headsetsetc.com to see if your order will be accepted.

• International orders may need to complete our purchase authorization form. This form requires your complete details, signature and clear copies of your credit card and government issued photo ID. Please down load the form now and fax it to 01(806)687-1072. By faxing this form and including all supplemental documentation your shipment will be processed much faster. Your dialing sequence may be different check with your local phone company for dialing to the US.
