So, you will never pay list price for great products from companies like FlightCom, David Clark, ASA, Telex and Lightspeed. We carry all your pilot supplies too! Technical assistance with product selection is avialable from CFIs or commercial pilots from 10AM-6PM daily. sales@headsets-etc.com Returns If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered for any reason, email us at service@headsetsetc.com for a return authorization. Please download the RMA form and return it with the item. Item must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. There will be NO RETURNS for opened software. Also, if you order something as a gift it must be returned unopened should the receiver decide that was not the right gift. Returned item must be in unused condition in its original packaging with all papers, unexecuted warranty (if applicable) and with the original invoice for full credit toward replacement or refund. All "in-the-ear" headsets incur a 25.00 fee to replace any ear molds or plugs that are not able to be resold for sanitary reasons. Returns after 30 days and special order items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. There are no returns after 60 days. All purchases made between November 15th and January 1 can be returned until January 31st without penalty. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipments must be shipped pre paid and those charges are not refundable. All COD's will be refused. Credit Card Billing Please note that ALL credit card orders will be billed when your order is shipped. Credits will only be issued to your credit card after the return has been recieved with the contents and the working condition of the equipment being verified. Pay Pal Information We encourage the use of Pay Pal for your purchase of goods from Headsets Etc. You will also get $5 from Pay Pal if you sign up with their service. If for some reason you do not get your $5, this is not our fault. So, please do not come ask us for the $5. There are some extra steps involed to get the 5 bucks. When you use paypal be sure and reference your Headsets Etc. order number. Click below to do it! ![]() Sales Tax Information HeadsetsEtc.com is required to collect sales tax on all orders placed from customers in Texas. Sales tax will be added at the rate of 7.7875%. In the interest of the fastest delivery to our customer, we will sometimes drop ship your order from our distributor or the manufacturer. Certain orders to WA, CA, CT may have tax added. We will email you if this is the case. Shipping Information When you place an order, you wil be asked for a shipping preference. HeadsetsEtc.com will ship your order as soon as possible by that method unless a faster, less expensive method is found. All orders will be shipped fully insured and by a trackable means. Most ground orders should cost ~$15.00. Second day air ~25.00 and Next Day Air ~40.00. However, if your order is excessivly valued, heavy or you live in an exotic far off land, we will be forecd to add shipping charges. If this ever happens we will let you know. On the other side if your shipping turns out to be significantly lower we will deduct from your bill. Your final cost will be emailed to you and you will have an attched invoice in Adobe Acrobat format. HeadsetsEtc.com strives to ship your order as soon as possible. However, there will be times when a product is on back order. When this is the case you will be notified. Customer may also notice that products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or a distributor. International Orders HeadsetsEtc.com is willing to ship our products to international customers. First, all prices quoted by HeadsetsEtc.com are in US dollars. Second, customers should realize that international shipping can be very expensive. HeadsetsEtc.com prefers to ship all international shipments via FedEx or US Air Mail. HeadsetsEtc.com will add $10 document preparation fee in addition to the cost that is quoted to us by the carrier. HeadsetsEtc.com will not be responsible for import taxes, duties, or other fees charged by customs. If HeadsetsEtc.com is ever charged by the carrier for such fees the customer will be invoiced. By ordering from HeadsetsEtc.com and requesting international shipment you agree to these terms and agree to pay any fees related to the shipment and/or importation of the items you order. You also agree that if your shipment is confiscated by customs you will not hold HeadsetsEtc.com responsible. All international orders should expect to complete our purchase authorization form. This form requires your complete details, signature and clear copies of your cradit card and government issued photo ID. Pricing Info and Policy Due to the fast pace of the Internet and Aviation industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HeadsetsEtc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, HeadsetEtc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HeadsetsEtc.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience.
